Blend Parameters
Coeur d’Est is a red wine blend created by the OCPVA which reflects both the most successfully grown red varieties in the AVA and the high quality under which they are currently grown and vinified. In order to be permitted to use the Coeur d’Est name, member wineries must adhere to guidelines established by the OCPVA which are intended to ensure the highest quality standards.
